FOCUS OPEN, PORTADOWN 2024
Join us at Focus Gym in Portadown for our second Northern Ireland Weightlifting senior competition of the year! All lifters please note that due to the amount of lifters we will be having an earlier start time and two weigh ins. Everyone please ensure they are at the correct weigh in and ready for presentation 10 minutes before the start of your group.
Could all medal winners please remain near the platform for medal presentation following the completion of their group. Please check over the start list and if any TOs or loaders need changed or removed please let us know as soon as possible.

NI CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023 @AVENGE
Massive congratulations to all our lifters who took part in this years NI Championships at Avenge Crossfit, Mallusk. After an epic weekend of lifting our best female went to Rachel Monaghan with a 167kg total giving her a sinclair score of 220.951. Best male went to James Knox with a total of 257kg giving him a sinclair score of 328.868 and his second best lifter award in a row! Congrats to Rachel and James and we look forward to seeing if James can make it 3 in a row next year!
Special mention goes to Harrison McGrogan and Lucy McGonigle from our youth comp who broke British records with their impressive lifting! See our results page for full results from an amazing weekend of lifting.
